Six stages, all under our own roof — every photo below is our floor, not a stock image.
STEP 01Raw Material Intake
Copper conductor and PVC compound checked at the gate — verified suppliers, batch records kept.
STEP 02Extrusion & Insulation
Automatic extrusion lines put the insulation and sheath on, meter by meter, day and night shifts.
STEP 03Twisting & Stranding
Pair twisting and multi-core stranding with controlled lay length for stable electrical performance.
STEP 04Spooling & Testing
Every spool gets spark test and continuity check; patch cords pass Fluke-style channel testing.
STEP 05Packing & Labeling
Boxed, labeled and palletized — your brand on the box if you order OEM, export cartons as standard.
STEP 06Warehouse & Loading
Ready stock for fast-moving models, mixed loading into one container, container loading supervised on camera.
